Please have the following available for you assessor when they conduct your observation visit. They must be relevant to the qualification you are undertaking
- Trained operator Card
- Crane Supervisor Card (for the Crane Supervisor on the job you are submitting evidence for)
- Appointed persons Card (for the Appointment Persons on the job you are submitting evidence for)
- Risk assessment(s) minimum 2
- Method Statement(s) minimum 2
- COSHH assessments minimum 2
- Lifting Equipment Certification
- Crane Certification
- Lift Plans minimum 3 (your must be signed on as the slinger/signaller)
- Toolbox talks minimum 2
