Road Building VQ evidence list for candidates

Please have the following available for you assessor when they conduct your observation visit. They must be relevant to the qualification you are undertaking.

If you are doing more than one type of plant machinery you MUST provide evidence for each separately. e.g. Risk Assessment for 180 Excavator and a Risk Assessment for Roller.

• Trained operator Card
• Risk assessment(s)
• Method Statement(s)
• Pre-start checks (completed by yourself)
• COSHH assessments
• Daily Briefing
